OUR APPROACH

Addressing Client Concerns

Because legal matters are rarely black and white, it’s extremely important that the legal professionals involved in a case are determined to uncover the truth and hold the right people accountable. It is our mission to do just that.

The types of cases we handle — medical malpractice, wrongful death, legal malpractice, civil rights, sexual harassment, and personal injury — tend to be complex, emotional, and stressful. That’s why our approach is founded on educating and guiding clients, not on dictating their choices for them. By helping clients more fully understand the legal process, as well as their options, we are in turn empowering them to make informed decisions.

For many, the idea of working with an attorney is not very appealing. They tend to associate lawyers with certain social stigmas, and they’d rather not be involved in a legal situation to begin with. As much as we can appreciate these hesitancies, we want to assure you that we are just regular people looking to help others through their legal trouble. We explain things in plain English and work to cut costs for our clients wherever possible.

When you seek our counsel, you’ll find that upfront honesty is a policy we take very seriously. We want you to know what to expect from your case, and want to give you a very clear idea of your rights, your options, and the pros and cons of each strategy we discuss.

Making Cases Move

In law, it’s the details that can make or break a case. An effective attorney is one that isn’t afraid to dig into the research or investigate an incident as soon as it is brought to their attention. Anything less than prompt action can lead to a variety of complications — key witnesses can forget crucial details, employers can take preemptive action against lawsuits, vital documents can be misplaced, and so on.

To prevent such complications from escalating, we make a point of getting straight to work the moment we are retained by a client. Below, you’ll find a layout of three actions regularly taken in order to get a case moving in the right direction.

1. CAREFULLY ASSESS YOUR SITUATION

Depending on your case type, this may involve investigating the scene of your incident, interviewing key witnesses, or digging into other important components of your case.

2. GUIDE YOU TO THE RIGHT RESOURCES

If you’ve been physically or emotionally traumatized, we will work to connect you with competent medical, psychological, and/or other professionals to assist you in your recovery.

3. THOROUGHLY EVALUATE YOUR LOSSES

Determining fair compensation requires a thorough analysis of your losses — physical, emotional, and otherwise. This is where our decades of experience give us an advantage.

Of course, no two cases are exactly alike, and so the above steps may vary depending upon your unique circumstances. The one underlying theme of every case I handle is that I am determined to make judges, juries, and insurance adjusters alike understand the need to fully and fairly compensation my clients for their losses.

So, whether you have been personally wronged or you’ve lost a loved one as a result of someone else’s careless behavior, please know that taking legal action can make a difference. With the right attorney on your side, you could receive financial compensation for your losses and get justice for the wrong that has occurred.
