Symmes, OH – Tylie Kleweno Injured in Pileup Crash on I-275
Symmes, OH (September 14, 2020) – A woman was extricated from her vehicle and hospitalized for serious injuries following a multi-vehicle collision in Symmes Township on Sunday, September 13.
The collision reportedly occurred on Interstate 275 WB and involved five vehicles. Initial reports from the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office revealed that 51-year-old Rodney Schwarts of Goshen, Ohio was traveling east on the interstate near Madeira Road in a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac at the time of the crash. At around 9:15 a.m. that morning, Schwartz reportedly experienced a seizure and swerved left across the highway.
Schwartz collided with a 2012 Honda Civic driven by 58-ear-old Yvonne Brown of Cincinnati and a 2015 Chrysler 200 driven by 30-year-old Tenaha Dickerson of Cincinnati. Schwartz continued to cross across all the lanes on the highway, struck a 2011 Chevrolet Impala driven by 27-year-old Tylie Kleweno of Loveland, Ohio, and lastly hit a 2015 Mazda 3 driven by 58-year-old Anne Moloney.
Klewano was extricated from her vehicle and taken to Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio with serious injuries. All other drivers also involved in the accident were hospitalized.
An ongoing investigation into the crash is underway.
