Columbus, OH – Driver Killed in Accident at Bonham Ave & Cleveland Ave
Columbus, OH (September 24, 2020) – One person was killed and another was seriously injured after a single-vehicle collision in Columbus on Wednesday, September 23.
The accident reportedly occurred near the intersection of Bonham Avenue and Cleveland Avenue at around 7:42 p.m. that evening. According to local authorities, a 2002 GMC Yukon was traveling northbound when it collided head-on with a southbound 2015 Dodge Charger. Paramedics and authorities were called to the scene of the crash to render aid.
The driver of the Dodge was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, the identity of the deceased victim has not been released. The driver of the GMC sustained life-threatening injuries and was taken to Grant Medical Center for treatment.
