Pleasant, OH – Joshua Kimbler Killed in Motorcycle Crash at Norton & Johnson Rd

Pleasant, OH (September 22, 2020) – Two people reportedly died after a motorcycle accident near Pleasant Township on Saturday, September 19, according to reports from the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office. 

Initial reports revealed that the accident occurred near the intersection of Norton Road and Johnson Road at around 1:30 p.m. that afternoon. Three vehicles were reportedly involved in the accident. A 2012 Ford F-150 pickup truck veered left on the roadway, colliding with a 2013 Subaru Crosstrek and a 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Both the operator and the passenger of the motorcycle were taken to Doctors West Hospital where they were later pronounced dead. The deceased victims were identified as 43-year-old Joshua Kimbler and 40-year-old Donielle Barker. No other injuries were reported. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local authorities.
