Hamilton, OH (August 6, 2020) – Police officials in Hamilton reported that a 35-year-old man was killed and two other injuries following a collision early Wednesday morning, August 5. The crash took place near the intersection of Hanover Street and S. Erie Boulevard at around 1 a.m. Emergency responders and law enforcement officials were called to the scene of the crash to render aid to the injured parties. 

The deceased party was later identified as Jeremiah Roy Evans from Hamilton. Evans was pronounced dead at the scene by responding paramedics. Two other victims involved in the crash were transported to a nearby medical facility for the treatment of sustained injuries. No updates on their conditions are currently available. 

At this time, the factors contributing to the collision have not been disclosed. The area of the collision was closed while investigators and emergency personnel were present. No further details on the crash have been provided. 

An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more information will be released as it continues.
